Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA practice just outside Boston. This role blends exceptional patient care with a sustainable, flexible schedule in a full-service, multi-specialty dental office.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing and treating patients, and creating individualized treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license.
• CPR/BLS certification and Hepatitis B vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans
• Review and maintain dental records
• Interpret x-rays and monitor growth of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain highest standards of care and ethics
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA)

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination documented

Documentation of malpractice insurance

BLS or CPR certification
