42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA, just outside of Boston. We offer a flexible schedule with per diem compensation and potential earnings through a percentage of collections.

Our multi-specialty practice provides integrated orthodontics and periodontics within a supportive environment designed for long-term growth. Clinic name is Wellesley Dental Group, located at 5 Seaward Rd, Wellesley, MA 02481.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standard of care through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance

BLS/CPR certification
