42North Dental is seeking a pediatric dentist to join the Wellesley Dental Group team in Wellesley, MA on a part-time basis. The position offers per diem compensation with uncapped earning potential and a schedule tailored to providers' interest and availability.

The clinic provides integrated orthodontics and periodontics, state-of-the-art equipment, and a collaborative environment designed for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism within the office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and best practices.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
