Job summary

Worcester Dental Arts is seeking a General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice. You will provide comprehensive dentistry with support from an experienced clinical and operational team, allowing you to focus on excellent patient care.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8 am–5 pm, with competitive compensation including a percentage of collections and an initial daily guarantee. Benefits include health insurance, CE and malpractice reimbursements, and a strong team-based

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience after dental school/residency.
• Ability to practice independently as the sole dentist in the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care.
• Deliver high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with standards.
