DOCS Dental in Washington, DC, seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist to provide specialty care in modern, fully digital clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. You will practice with clinical autonomy, join a supportive team, and contribute to a meaningful mission serving military families and federal employees.

The role offers flexible scheduling (2-4 Saturdays/month), a competitive daily compensation or production-based pay, and robust clinical support to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Pediatric Dentistry residency preferred.
• 1 year experience working in Pediatrics, required.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
• Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Perform restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and other pediatric procedures
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists as needed
• Ensure a positive patient experience with gentle, kid-friendly care

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program, preferred
• 1 year experience working in Pediatrics, required
• Active State Dental License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
