Alligator Dental in Central Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a full-time partnership-track opportunity. You will join an experienced team, treat infants through teens including patients with special healthcare needs, and help grow the practice toward ownership with equity opportunities.

The role offers a competitive compensation structure with guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of collections, plus a clear pathway to partnership in a doctor-led organization.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency (preferred).
• Active Texas dental license (or eligibility).
• Nitrous oxide permit.
• Current CPR and other required certifications.
• 1+ year of pediatric dentistry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric dental care to infants, children and teens.
• Build positive experiences and rapport with young patients and families.
• Collaborate with Dr. Al Burns and clinical team to provide high-quality care.
• Educate families on oral hygiene and prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and demonstrate a welcoming environment.
• Stay up to date with pediatric dental best practices.

Pediatric Dentist – Partnership Opportunity (Full-Time)

You'll practice alongside experienced Pediatric Dentists, including Dr. Al Burns, while providing exceptional care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Position Details

• Position: Pediatric Dentist
• Employment Type: Full‑Time
• Locations: Gonzales, San Marcos, and Seguin, TX
• Practice Type: Pediatric Dentistry
• Schedule: Full‑time (4–5 clinical days per week)
