You will join a collaborative, doctor-led team delivering care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs across Gonzales, San Marcos, and Seguin. The practice emphasizes a kid-friendly environment and mentorship while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Pediatric Dentist (preferred but not required).
• DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency (preferred).
• Active Texas dental license (or eligibility).
• Nitrous oxide permit.
• Current CPR and other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch pediatric dental care to infants, children, and teens.
• Create positive experiences and strong rapport with young patients and parents.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Al Burns and a team of pediatric pros.
• Educate families on oral hygiene in a way that sticks.
• Maintain accurate records while keeping the vibe light and welcoming.
• Stay up to date on pediatric best practices.

Position Details

• Position: Pediatric Dentist

• Schedule: Full‑time (4–5 clinical days per week)
