Children’s Primary Dental Group in San Diego County, California is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our established, patient-centered team. The role focuses on comprehensive pediatric dental care for children and patients with special healthcare needs, with strong clinical and administrative support to ensure safety, documentation, and continuity of care.

This is a full-time (potentially part-time) opportunity in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry preferred.
• Current BLS and other required certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
• Perform examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, preventive and restorative dentistry.
• Manage pediatric dental emergencies and behavior guidance.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain patient safety, documentation, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities include examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, preventive and restorative dentistry, management of pediatric dental emergencies, and appropriate behavior guidance.

The dentist will work closely with our clinical team to maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, communication, and continuity of care while creating a positive experience for children and their families.
