Discover Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to uphold our standard of quality patient care in a welcoming, fun environment. You will join a private pediatric practice with mentorship and collaboration, a new state-of-the-art facility, progressive technology, and a strong patient base.

You’ll diagnose and deliver high-quality care for a pediatric patient base, educate families on oral health goals, and work with a supportive team to ensure case acceptance and retention

Qualifications

• Dental licensure and certifications required by the State Dental Board, with no adverse actions
• Completion of a Pediatric Dental Residency

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and deliver high-quality care for a pediatric patient base
• Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
• Promote a supportive, fun atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with case acceptance and receiving treatment as well as to encourage patient retention
• Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
