Raybrex Dental Recruiting is assisting a reputable pediatric/general dentistry office in Natchez, MS. The practice seeks a dentist who loves treating kids, offering a supportive team and a chance to tailor schedules to fit the associate’s preference.

A full-time pediatric dentist can earn 300K–400K per year, depending on experience and days worked; a general dentist can earn 250K–350K. Benefits include competitive salary, % of collections, PTO, 401K, and CE stipend.

Qualifications

• Dental degree from an accredited university.
• State Dental Board License.
• DEA, CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans.
• Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate concerns or questions they may have.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a very reputable office that is seeking a pediatric dentist or a general dentist that lovestreating kids. This pediatric office is one that has been in the community for many years. They have plenty of patients for a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.

A full time pediatric dentist could earn 300K to 400K per year a depending on experience and days worked. A general dentist could earn between 250K and 350K. They have plenty of patients, but they will tailor the schedule to what the associate is comfortable with. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K, and continuing education.

They have an excellent and long tenured staff to support the dentist. They also can offer excellent mentoring and collaboration from their senior dentists.
