Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited university is required.

Job description

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a private children's office that is seeking a pediatric dentist. Their long term associate is leaving on great terms, so they have a wonderful patient base already established. This is a private office that has built an amazing reputation in the community over the last 20 years.

This is a unique opportunity where they have a pediatric surgical center next door, for their bigger cases under anesthesia. The office is mostly fee for service with Medicaid accepted for cases under anesthesia. They have a modern office with paperless charting, CO2 lasers for restorative as well as traditional methods. They also have an excellent team of assistants. They can also offer excellent mentoring and or collaboration with the other dentists.

A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 350K per year. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, 401K, malpractice and continuing education. There would be buy in potential available in the future.
