You'll provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, mentor with experienced colleagues, and enjoy a clear pathway to partnership, relocation assistance, and a supportive, patient-centered environment with modern technology and an established patient base.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency.
• Active Montana dental license or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care: exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and restorations.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment and calm patient experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Stay current with pediatric dentistry advancements through CE.
