Commonwealth Dentistry is excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist to our growing practice! As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized dental care to children in a friendly and engaging environment.
Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to pediatric patients, educating parents and children on proper oral hygiene, and creating a positive dental experience that fosters a lifetime of good dental habits. Our practice is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for children.
Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique dental needs of pediatric patients.
Administer preventive care and treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Treat dental conditions such as cavities, misaligned teeth, and gum diseases.
Educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices.
Manage the emotional and behavioral challenges often associated with pediatric dental visits.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
Current dental license in the state of practice.
Experience working with children in a dental setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency
Current dental license in the state
Experience with pediatric patients
Strong communication skills
