About the Company

Aviara is an Integrative Center for Airway, Functional Health & Aesthetics. We are searching for a Pediatric Dentist that has a passion for proving exceptional dental care caring for children, learning, educating and growing with a progressive company whose mission is to treat the patient as a whole.

About the Role

The candidate must love helping people, learning and finding solutions to challenges and improving patient care with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of a holistic pediatric dental program at Aviara
• Provide excellent patient care and clinical protocols
• Oversee clinical operations such as emergency, infection control and OSHA protocols
• Assist the admin team with internal and external marketing, participating in networking events and educational lunch or dinner meetings
• Learn & educate patients about: Airway-centered sleep, TMJ, orthodontics & smile restorations; Myofunctional therapy; Frenectomy; Holistic hygiene & pediatric dentistry; and other services offered at Aviara.
• Assist the admin team as needed on various projects that supports the growth of the holistic pediatric program at Aviara

Qualifications

• DDS license, DEA license, and BLS & PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of experience as a pediatric dentist
• Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry
• Commitment to continuing education in holistic pediatric dentistry and airway dentistry.
