We are actively seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Pediatric Dentists to join our thriving practice just 20 minutes north of Boston. As a doctor-owned office with multiple providers and locations, we offer a supportive environment where you can practice with clinical autonomy and at your preferred pace.

What we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate is a hard-working enthusiastic individual dedicated to putting children's wellbeing first. Excellent behavior management and communication skills are essential. While experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates eager to grow and develop their careers.

Requirements:

1. Massachusetts sedation permit or ability to apply for one.

Competitive compensation: $1300 per day or 33-35% of all collections (whichever is greater), including all hygiene related codes with a bonus structure.
