Job summary

W3Global is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing dental clinic in Illinois. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules in a family-centered, culturally sensitive environment for children and adolescents.

You will provide preventive and restorative care, manage anesthesia, and perform their dental procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program.
  • Active and Unrestricted Illinois State Dental License.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
  • Valid DEA and Controlled Substance licenses for Illinois.
  • CPR/BLS (PALS preferred) certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pediatric dental setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventative and restorative dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, including patients with special healthcare needs.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases, developmental conditions, and trauma specific to pediatric patients.
  • Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia in accordance with state regulations and protocols.
  • Perform pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, space maintenance, extractions, and composite restorations.
  • Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene, nutrition, growth and development, and preventive care.
  • Work collaboratively with other dental providers, hygienists, medical providers, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control standards, HIPAA, OSHA, and Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
