Pediatric Dentist – Associate in Brookfield, WI

Schedule: Full-Time Preferred, Open to Part-Time (Flexible)

A well-established, doctor-owned pediatric and orthodontic specialty practice in Brookfield, WI is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a respected, fee-for-service practice known for its clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.

About The Practice

Our practice has proudly served the community for 49 years and continues to thrive. We are a dual-specialty office offering comprehensive pediatric and orthodontic care in a modern, digital setting. Our team of 27+ members is collaborative, fun, and dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment for both patients and staff. We treat a wide range of patients from infants to adolescents and young adults, as well as individuals with special health care needs.

Position Highlights

• Exams, restorative care, and sedation dentistry (nitrous oxide)
• Work closely with a dental anesthesiologist in-office 1–2 times/month
• Block time at Children’s WI Surgicenter and main campus hospital
• Collaborative care model with in-house orthodontist
• Access to advanced materials and technology including zirconia crowns, ICON, Bioclear, Curodont, Hall Crowns, SMART restorations, and digital scanning
• Paperless office using Dentrix and Dolphin

This role is based at our primary location, with plans to expand to a satellite office within the next 18–24 months. As the practice continues to grow, this associate will play a key role in shaping its future.
