Sonrava Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our dental offices in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves assisting the dentist, taking radiographs, charting, and ensuring infection control standards are met.

Responsibilities include patient prep, monitoring basic pediatric vitals, post-operative guidance, instrument sterilization, and maintaining equipment per manufacturer guidelines while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Certifications, licenses, or registrations as mandated by the applicable state.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsabilités

• Attend to patients and parents' concerns and expectations.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment; clean each operatory per state infection control guidelines.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist; complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures; record charts and notes in the digital system as directed by the dentist.
• Take and understand basic pediatric vital signs.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed by the dentist.
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations.

Formation

Associate degree or 1-year certificate from accredited college/technical school
