Job summary

Maricopa Kids’ Dentists and Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience and to help build a Patient for Life. You will prepare patients for exams, assist with treatments, and maintain a clean, cheerful operatory.

Responsibilities include radiographs, intra-oral photography, sterilization, charting in the digital system, and coordinating with front desk to keep the schedule running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Preferred: one-year certificate from accredited college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and assist clinicians during treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sterile operatory and follow infection control guidelines.
• Perform radiographs and intra-oral photography as directed by the clinician.
• Record patient charts in the digital system and present records to clinicians.
• Coordinate with front desk and other staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
