Job summary

Texas Tiny Teeth - Greenville is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to provide chairside support for pediatric patients in a full-time role. You will help prepare rooms, document treatments, and assist with radiographs, while maintaining patient-centered care.

Requirements include Texas RDA license, CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, and coronal polishing certification or willingness to obtain. Office hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional travel to other local offices.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas.
• CPR certification is required.
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Coronal Polishing Certification or willingness to complete post-hire.
• Strong computer proficiency including dental software and Google Docs.
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Professional and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough patient care with effective communication and personal attention.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patient records for procedures.
• Offer chairside assistance for restorative, surgical, endodontic, and preventive treatments.
• Accurately document patient and treatment details in notes.
• Take dental radiographs as required.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene before and after procedures.
• Monitor and manage dental supply inventory and orders.
• Travel between local offices occasionally to support team operations.
