Texas Tiny Teeth - Frisco is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dentistry team. This full-time role emphasizes chairside assistance, patient safety, and delivering exceptional care for children.

You will prepare rooms, operate dental tools, and document patient care, with opportunities to grow in a lively, community-focused practice. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Texas RDA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Nitrous oxide monitoring certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Coronal polishing certification or willingness to complete post-hire.
• Proficiency with dental software and Google Docs.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Professional, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough patient care and effective communication.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and records for procedures.
• Offer chairside assistance for restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric and preventive treatments.
• Document patient and treatment details in clinical notes.
• Take dental radiographs as required.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene before and after procedures.
• Monitor and manage dental supply inventory and orders.
• Travel between local offices to support team operations.

Texas Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our full-time team. In this role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance and contribute to delivering outstanding dental care and experiences to our young patients. Pay

• $16 - $24 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturdays and Sundays: Closed

Requirements

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Coronal Polishing Certification (or willingness to complete certification post-hire).
• Strong computer proficiency including dental software and Google Docs.
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and a patient-centered approach.
