Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working with pediatric dental population.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Radiography experience required.

Responsibilities

• Exposes and develops dental radiographs in accordance with state regs and policies.
• Chair-side assistance for dentist or dental hygienist; maintain operatory sterility.
• Maintain dental equipment per manufacturer directions and policy; ensure instrument sterilization.
• Monitor infection control, exposure control, and safety; proper disposal of contaminated materials.
• Maintain and organize dental records, patient flow, and files; support scheduling.
• Assist in inventory management and supply storage; monitor policy compliance.
• Ensure correct charge entry; review charges; interface with Operations and Finance for fixes.
• Collect and report utilization and financial data; prepare reports for directors and funding sources.
• Represent Dental Program at community meetings and outreach events.
