Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine, Inc. seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant (I and II) to support our pediatric dental team and ensure smooth office operations.

You will assist with 4-handed dentistry, instrument preparation, X-ray processing, and accurate EHR documentation in Epic Wisdom, while upholding HIPAA standards. The role emphasizes patient comfort, infection control, and coordination of treatment plans within the Wisdom system.

Qualifications

• Must have Dental Assistant Certification and HIPAA training.
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry and patient comfort is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment.
• Take and process dental X-rays with proper certification.
• Record findings in the EHR (Epic Wisdom) per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-in to maintain workflow.
• Order and manage dental supplies and inventory.
• Greet and check in patients to ensure smooth office operations.
