Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join Smiles 4 Kids in Lacey, WA. This full-time position focuses on delivering compassionate, kid-friendly care and coordinating with clinicians to create a positive dental experience for children and their caregivers.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and eager to learn, with a passion for making dental visits fun and stress-free. Training and support are provided to ensure top-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• X-Ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus.
• Full-time role.
• State licensure/certification may be required depending on location.

A Typical Day As a Pediatric Dental Assistant

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday (twice per month): 7:45 am – 2:00 pm
