Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cincinnati, OH, seeking an experienced Dental Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team focused on providing excellent anesthesia care in a patient-centered environment.

In this full-time role, you will provide safe anesthesia care for pediatric patients, collaborate with dentists, anesthesiologists, RNs and assistants, and contribute to a positive, team-based culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist Anesthesiologist authorized to practice in Ohio.
• Pediatric patient experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Experience across anesthesia staffing models (A-C-T or independent).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Care for seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Work closely with dentists, anesthesiologists, RNs, and support staff.
• Support a positive, patient-focused culture.
