Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment aligned with patient age and condition.
• Evaluates patient responses and documents progress for care planning.
• Ensures compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provides unit and system orientation to patients and families.
• Supervises care activities and provides feedback to ensure safety.
• Collaborates with care team to implement care plans and coordinate rounds.
• Mentors students and new staff to support clinical learning.
