Job summary

Banner Medical Group in Mesa, AZ seeks a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist to serve at Banner Desert Medical Center. Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesia and AZ license/DEA must be in place. Expect 6 weeknight and 3 weekend call shifts per quarter, with up to 12 weeks off per year.

The position emphasizes care for pediatric CV patients at a tertiary center with 669 beds, including a dedicated children’s unit. Arizona licensure and Patient safety are priorities.

Qualifications

BC/BE Anesthesiologist required.
Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesia required.
Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one.
AZ DEA license required or ability to obtain.
Current Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography Certification.
6 weeknight call shifts and 3 weekend call shifts per quarter.
Schedule allows for up to 12 weeks time off.
