Banner Medical Group in Mesa, AZ seeks a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist to serve at Banner Desert Medical Center. Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesia and AZ license/DEA must be in place. Expect 6 weeknight and 3 weekend call shifts per quarter, with up to 12 weeks off per year.

The position emphasizes care for pediatric CV patients at a tertiary center with 669 beds, including a dedicated children’s unit. Arizona licensure and Patient safety are priorities.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Anesthesiologist required.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesia required.
• Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one.
• AZ DEA license required or ability to obtain.
• Current Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography Certification.
• 6 weeknight call shifts and 3 weekend call shifts per quarter.
• Schedule allows for up to 12 weeks time off.
