Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a CT technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations with pediatric focus. You will operate CT equipment, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain patient safety under Radiology supervision.

The role requires completion of a JRCERT-approved radiologic program, ARRT CT certification (preferred), MRTBE license, and BLS. Prior pediatric imaging experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• Completion of a JRCERT-approved radiologic program.
• One year radiology experience preferred.
• One year pediatric imaging experience preferred.
• Current Arizona MRTBE license required.
• Current ARRT registration in CT preferred.
• Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Receives supervision from Radiology Manager; does not supervise others.
• Assists in training imaging students; provides CT safety lectures as needed.
• Maintains competency by staying current with literature and practices.
• Participates in evaluating/developing new imaging procedures and quality initiatives.
• Performs CT scanning procedures with proper technique and patient positioning.
• Finalizes studies in RIS and archives records per Radiologist instructions.
• Performs equipment calibration and routine maintenance; reports issues.
• Provides CT safety information to patients and families.
• Performs miscellaneous related duties as requested.
