Job summary

Premier Pediatric Hospital in Norfolk, VA seeks a compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated pediatric surgical team.

You will administer anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric procedures, monitor young patients, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and pediatricians to develop individualized care plans. A Virginia RN license and CRNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia license as an RN.
• Certification as a CRNA.
• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric procedures.
• Monitor pediatric patients before, during and after anesthesia.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and pediatricians on care plans.
• Provide post-operative anesthesia care and recovery management.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure safety standards.
