Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a highly respected pediatric anesthesia team in California’s Central Valley. The role focuses 100% on pediatric cases within a collaborative, mentorship-supported environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active California CRNA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
• New graduate CRNAs welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care for pediatric patients.
• Complete pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical and procedural cases.
• Continuously monitor patients and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs and nurses.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality, safety and professional-development initiatives.
