Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Skilled in care of ventilated patients and pediatric dosage calculations.

Responsibilities

• Float across Pediatric Acute Care Surgical, Pediatric Acute Care Medical, Pediatric Intermediate Care, Pediatric Oncology, PICU, and NICU units.
• Cares for pediatric patients across the full acuity spectrum including acute, intermediate, oncology, neonatal, and critical care needs.
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Patient ratio managed within pediatric units and cross-unit coverage as needed.
• Documentation and care coordination using Epic EMR across assigned units.
