Qualifications

• BSN in Nursing required.
• New York RN license and current registration required.
• Pediatric Critical Care Experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in coordinating and delivering patient care.
• Coordinates an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Ensures 100% of assigned patients have a documented plan of care.
• Assists in the achievement of LOS goals and evidence-based practice.
• Mentors and supports associates and preceptors.
• Maintains documentation reflecting interdisciplinary team approach and patient progress.
