Job summary

The Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) at Agape's Way provides high-quality nursing care to medically complex pediatric residents in a home and group home setting. You will perform advanced assessments, med administration, ventilator and tracheostomy management, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• PICU/NICU experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medically complex pediatric residents.
• Manage ventilator care, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and oxygen therapy.
• Communicate with families and coordinate care with the interdisziplinary team.
• Document accurately and ensure HIPAA compliance and safety.
