Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college preferred.
• Active BLS certification.
• Pharmacist license in the State of Florida.
• Two years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations in PICU/ED and optimize therapies.
• Monitor drug interactions, dosages, and administration.
• Educate pharmacy students and residents in pediatric critical care.
• Participate in rounds with interdisciplinary teams and present pharmacotherapy options.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective medication use per policies and laws.
