24-Hour Shifts 7a 7a Rounding + Call Coverage

We re seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Intensivist for locum coverage in Richmond, VA. Join a dedicated team at a facility in need of immediate support through August 2025.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7a 7a) Rounding + Call

• All admissions during shift must be seen within the 24 hours

• Support: 24/7 Pediatric ER, Hospitalists, and multiple pediatric subspecialties

• No pediatric trauma (patients diverted to trauma center)

• Procedures: Intubation, line placement, lumbar punctures, and general PICU care

• Facility: 466 total beds 8 PICU beds Avg. census: 3.4

• EMR: Meditech and Medimobile

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care Required

• Active VA License at Time of Submission Required

• VA License Required
