Job Description: Excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Critical Care Specialist in beautiful North Carolina. Candidates must be BC in Pediatrics or BE/BC in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine with formal fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. The pediatric intensive care unit serves critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma patients. The pediatric floor is a mixed medical and surgical unit. The service covers both the PICU and the pediatric floor, with assistance from physician assistants, residents, and students. Coverage includes in-house during the day and on-call overnight, with full-time coverage involving 24-hour shifts per month.
