Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Critical Care Medicine physician to join the Division of Critical Care Medicine in Delaware. The role involves direct ICU care in a 24–32 bed PICU with a focus on leadership of patient management and education for residents and fellows.

Qualified candidates should have PCCM fellowship, be eligible for a Delaware medical license, and demonstrate academic interests in research or education to augment clinical

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Delaware.
• Academic pursuit in research, informatics, or medical education to complement clinical work.
• Start date no later than Summer 2027.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care in a 24–32 bed PICU with diverse critical illnesses.
• Daytime clinical service and in-house nighttime call coverage with leadership in patient management.
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to maintain family-centered care.
