Responsibilities

• Assesses customer needs and ensures quality service.
• Communicates effectively by phone and written correspondence.
• Coordinates administrative activities for providers (schedules, badges, etc).
• Schedules visits, procedures, and tests following guidelines.
• Handles patient financial clearance activities including insurance eligibility.
• Prepares materials for meetings and follows up as assigned.
