Job summary

Pacific Clinics is expanding our CSU program in Nevada County to provide intensive stabilization services for adults 18+ and youth. The role supports medical and psychiatric care, including nursing processes, medication orders, and crisis intervention.

Candidates must be licensed and capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary care. Responsibilities include on-call availability after hours and weekends, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and RN staff to deliver compassionate,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of relevant clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of a prescribed course of study and training in a CA-licensed program, with licensure through the BVNPT or Psychiatric Technicians of CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff RN and Psychiatrist in implementing nursing processes and medication orders.
• Conduct medical and psychiatric screening during mental health crises involving youth.
• Coordinate and oversee pediatric medical treatment, crisis response, and behavioral interventions as needed.
• Admit and discharge youth, perform health assessments and monitor physiological status.
• Maintain medical and psychiatric records and PHI in organized, timely manner.
