Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across the Upper Valley coverage area. You will work with licensed OTs to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging therapeutic care.

Flexible scheduling includes part-time (12–24 visits/week) and full-time (25+ visits/week). Daytime and after-school visits are available, and you will collaborate with clinicians and care teams to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Texas.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assess functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools.
• Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
• Participate in patient evaluations, team meetings, and discharge planning.
• Stay current with pediatric therapy best practices and compliance standards.
