Job summary

Canyon Kids Therapy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to assist with pediatric OT in a outpatient clinic between Helotes and Alamo Ranch. The role can be part-time or full-time, with hours discussed to fit clinic needs and candidate availability.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, support sensory-motor activities, document sessions, and foster a warm, organized clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Current Texas COTA license is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, home health, or fieldwork).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized plans for children with Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate play-based, sensory-rich, therapeutic activities.
• Document sessions accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional communication with families.
• Manage back-to-back 30- and 60-minute treatment blocks.
