Job summary

SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy in La Mesa, CA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role (32–40 hours/week). You will deliver high-quality OT services to children aged 0–18 under OT supervision and collaborate with families to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in California.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy under supervision of an OT.
• Cover when clinicians are out or families reschedule.
• Support children aged 0–18 through play-based, goal-oriented interventions.
• Complete accurate daily SOAP notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and teammates.
