Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
• Completion of required fieldwork.
• NBCOT exam passed or eligible to sit for exam.
• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapy Assistant in Idaho.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with developmental delays, injuries, or functional impairments.
• Monitor patient progress toward short-term and long-term goals.
• Document treatment sessions accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Educate caregivers, family members, and support staff on patient care techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and multidisciplinary team members.
