Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Arvada, CO is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide pediatric OT under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will help 2- to 6-year-old children develop motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills in a center-based setting.

We offer 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, depending on location, with base pay of $70,000–$75,000 per year plus annual bonus potential up to $3,800 and opportunities for clinical certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a COTA.
• Strong interest or experience in pediatric occupational therapy and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct pediatric occupational therapy interventions to children ages 2-6 based on plans of care developed by supervising OTs.
• Help children build fine and gross motor, sensory processing, feeding, and daily living skills in a center-based setting.
• Integrate therapy goals into Soar's ESDM-informed approach within an early intervention environment.
• Collaborate closely with RBTs, SLPs, and other clinicians so OT targets are reinforced throughout each child's day.
• Partner with families to share progress and provide practical strategies they can use outside of therapy.
• Support children with autism through naturalistic, engaging, and individualized treatment.
