Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Arvada, CO is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. You will provide high-quality pediatric OT under the supervision of a licensed OT, delivering services to children ages 2–6 within our early intervention model.

We employ the ESDM approach and neurodiversity-affirming care, with 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. This on-site, full-time role offers a strong compensation package and opportunities for clinical certification and bonuses.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT assistant program completed.
• Current state licensure or certification as a COTA.
• Interest or experience in pediatric OT and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct pediatric OT interventions for children ages 2–6 under supervision.
• Support development of fine/gross motor, sensory processing, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Integrate goals into ESDM-informed early intervention framework.
• Collaborate with RBTs, SLPs, and psychologists to reinforce therapy targets.
• Engage families with progress updates and practical strategies.
