This full-time 32-hour-per-week role (Monday-Thursday) focuses on delivering direct pediatric care, coordinating services, and supporting community health initiatives. You will assess patients, educate families, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with nursing standards and grant-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in community health or public health preferred.
• Knowledge of local support services and referral networks.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Commitment to health equity and serving diverse populations.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using subjective and objective data.
• Administer care per established protocols under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Develop individualized care plans with education and referrals.
• Refer patients to medical and human service agencies using knowledge of community resources.
• Provide health education and counseling to support patient wellness.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments.
• Coordinate care with volunteer staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and clinic safety protocols.
