Job summary

KidStrong seeks energetic coaches for our Creve Coeur studio to engage with parents and kids, teaching our brain, body, and character development program. Classes run weekday mid-mornings and evenings, with weekend sessions starting at 8 AM. Earn flexible hours and potential to add private coaching hours.

Ideal candidates have coaching experience with young children, enjoy working with families, and understand basic physiology and exercise technique. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15 mo-8 years old.
• Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 8 pm.
• On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.
• Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on studio needs.
• Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.
