Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Titusville, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support medically fragile children in our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) program. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RNs to provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports each child's health, safety, and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience caring for infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, hygiene, toileting, positioning, and mobility.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Support infection-control and safety protocols.
• Assist in transporting and accompanying children to and from the PPEC facility as needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing training, competencies, and in‑service education.
• Support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs with compassion and professionalism.
