Job summary

Southern Touch Home Care in Augusta, GA is seeking a compassionate CNA/PCA to provide in-home pediatric care. The role offers a flexible schedule and up to 40 hours per week, with duties tailored to the client's needs.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, mobility support, and following care plans while maintaining a safe home environment and documenting required information. Previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or qualified PCA.
• Previous pediatric care experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Current TB test on file.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide age-appropriate companionship and support.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with family members and the care team.
